Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Roll & Barrel is a game in development, offered here as a test version. Content and rules may change at any time.

Liability for links

Our pages contain links to external websites of third parties whose content we cannot influence, so we cannot accept liability for it. The respective provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for its content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations when the link was set; no illegal content was apparent then. Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of a violation. If we become aware of any, we will remove such links immediately.

Copyright and licences

The content and works created by the operator (the game, its code, arenas and texts) are subject to German copyright law. Copying, editing, distributing or any other use beyond the limits of copyright law requires the author's written consent.

The game contains works of third parties under their licences, among them:

• Rules material from the System Reference Document 5.2.1 ("SRD 5.2.1") by Wizards of the Coast LLC, licensed under CC BY 4.0.
• Characters and tiles: NancyGold / Spell of Mastery (CC BY 4.0); barrel: Hansjörg Malthaner (CC BY 3.0); icons: Lorc and Delapouite, game-icons.net (CC BY 3.0, modified).
• Sound effects: Clutch Assets ("200+ Free RPG Sounds") and Kenney (CC0).
